Personal training is how we introduce our clients to Crossfit. Regardless of an individual’s fitness level, an understanding of the program and the movements is necessary for both clients and coaches before participating into classes. Once a FREE Introductory Session is booked and completed, together, the client and trainer will decide how quickly it will take to transition into classes. For most, 10 personal training sessions is required to attend classes. This has very little to do with “passing” a fitness test, but showing the ability to competently learn and safely execute the movements in a timely manner. Of course, personal training may be exactly what you are looking for. If that’s the case, then no need to worry, classes are not for everyone.

This is the type of training for most clients. The workouts aren’t altered from those offered in personal training, but we often see a higher intensity during classes.
